These conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of our company and its consumers through the online sale of articles submitted by our website
Sales online store are subject to these general conditions of sale and any order placed by the buyer implies acceptance on the content of the provisions below.
1. Terms of bids:
The Shop reserves the right to modify or to change these general conditions of sale.
The items offered for sale in The Store are presented and detailed so that all consumers will be able to identify the essential characteristics of the products they would buy. The photos that illustrate the description of items are provided for information only and are not contractual.
2. Rates:
Prices are in euros and are exclusive of freight charges, all taxes included (VAT included). Prices are subject to German VAT (19%).
The store reserves the right to revise its prices at any time but is committed to apply the rates in effect at the time of order and, subject to availability on that date.
3. Postage:
The method of shipment and port charges are based on the destination of the order.
4. Regulation:
The ordered goods are paid in cash and without discount, the method of settlement is chosen by the purchaser from those proposed by Boutique:
Bankcard
Payments are made secure through Paypal. The details of credit cards are encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and do not pass unencrypted over the network.
Store does not have access to details disclosed. As a result these details are not stored on the server and are called back for each new transaction on the site.
Bank Transfer (The client has 10 days to submit its rules, after this period the order will be canceled.)
For orders above 150.00 euros, identification with proof of address will likely be required.
5. Shipment of the order - Delivery:
All orders are shipped by DHL tracking mode
Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday. The expedition is made upon receipt of payment.
6. Return an item (Money back, withdrawal ...):
the buyer has a period of 7 days from receipt of his order to return the product purchased.
The right of return will be repeated if the procedure is re-enforced and only if the returns on time are still sealed.
Before any return, the customer must first contact Customer Service Shop by phone or email
No trick mode against ships refunds will be accepted by the shop.
Against the party in respect of the above procedure, Boutique undertakes to refund or exchange the product within a maximum period of 30 days following receipt of the returned merchandise.
The details of after sales service are shown on your invoice.
8. Retention of title:
Store retains title to goods supplied until full payment of their price.
9. Devices and Freedoms:
The information requested to the client are required to process and execution of his order. Datafiles remain internal to the shop and everyone has a right to access and modify the information on this, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
10. Litigation:
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of orders will be reviewed with great care and will be the subject of a proposed settlement immediately. In case of unresolved dispute between the shop and the buyer, only the Commercial Court nearest Store will have jurisdiction in the matter.
